Please note that we have changed our store opening hours, reverting to our regular schedule. See our new hours here.

We have returned to our normal business practice as much as practical while maintaining protocols for employee and public safety. Our store is open on an appointment basis for fittings and in-store shopping. We are open for order pickups without an appointment. We will direct you to a stationary place while we help you with fittings or retrieving apparel items for you to purchase. Our online store is always open and our turnaround time for orders is about a week. We will serve walk-in customers with limited accessibility to our store. Appointments will have priority so we encourage you to make an appointment. We must continue to limit occupancy into our store.  Please note our holiday hours. Our retail store will close December 23 at 3pm, reopening on January 5. Our web store is always open but orders will not be filled while we are closed for the holidays. We are open for walk up order pickups. You can pick up in-store purchases or web orders.  You can text us when you're on the way at 619.373.8500. This doesn't guarantee that your package will be ready when you arrive but it will speed things up. No appointment is necessary for pickups unless you also need to try items on for size. Please come to our main entrance and come inside for pickups 

We will maintain the latest plans in this document so please check back as we continue to monitor changes in the policies of state and local officials.

Store Opening

  1. Our store is open for in-store sales subject to some constraints as required. You can try on items with our assistance but have limited occupancy in the store based on the number of dressing rooms we have available as a means to support social distancing. Priority will be given to those with appointments. We ask to avoid browsing the store - we will collect the products for you. 
  2. Please note that our restroom will be closed to public access until further notice. 
  3. All items that are tried on are sanitized between fittings and fitting rooms are also disinfected between uses. 

Masks and Distancing

  1. Staff and customers will be required to wear face masks. We have reusable/washable cotton masks for sale in small and regular sizes if needed. 
  2. We will have to enforce occupancy limits in the store to keep people safe. Once fitted, you can purchase online so we can serve others who may be waiting. You are also able to complete your purchases in store. 
  3. Barriers have been added to separate fitting rooms to ensure safe distancing with one family at a time using a dressing room. Please note these are temporary barriers so please don't lean against them.
  4. Since our store capacity will be limited due to distancing, any waiting line will be outside the store with appropriate distancing.
  5. We ask that a customer group be limited to students being fitted and one adult. 
  6. Please note that our restroom will be closed to public access until further notice.

Store Hours

  1. We have resumed our regular store hours while maintaining the reduced occupancy and necessary cleaning.
  2. Our store is open Tuesday to Friday 10:00 - 6:00;  Saturdays 10:00 - 3:00.
  3. We remain closed on Sundays and Mondays. 
  4. Please note our store closing in late December. 

Order pickup

  1. We have a walk-up service for order pick-ups. Please come to our main entrance and come inside and introduce yourself.  
  2. Please wait for us to notify you when your order is ready to pick up. After that, you can pick up at your leisure, during our opening hours. 
  3. Text us when you are on your way to save some time. Our text number is 619.373.8500. This does not ensure that your order will immediately available when you arrive but will generally speed up the process. Please include the order number and the name of the person picking up. 
  4. A photo ID will be required for pickups

Fittings

  1. We are assisting customers with fitting.
  2. The number of dressing rooms has been reduced and separated with a barrier to accommodate distancing requirements. 
  3. We ask to limit the size of your group including only students to be fitted and an adult. 
  4. When it's your turn, we will direct you to a dressing room and ask that you remain there while being fitted. We will retrieve the items you need for trying on.
  5. We will ask you to limit the time necessary for trying on to help us serve as many customers as possible. Please review your school uniform program and set your priorities for fitting. We reserve the right to limit occupancy of a fitting room to 15 minutes per student. 
  6. Unfortunately, we will have to remove toys and ask that all your party remain at the fitting room to reduce contact with others.
  7. When finished, we will sanitize the fit samples and the fitting rooms in preparation for the next family.  

Returns 

  1. We will not be able to process returns until further notice.
  2. Returns and exchanges will be allowed if we still have your package in our hand (before shipping or pickup), following our return guidelines. 
  3. When returns are allowed again, only items that are in new condition and still have tags will be accepted. 

December Sale

  1. We are running our annual Winter sale. The sale will be offered through December 13 in store and online. Also watch our Facebook page for other offers. 
  2. We still offer simplified shipping pricing. We will ship any size order for a flat rate $10. There is no charge for store pickup. 

Rush orders

  1. Due to the uncertainty of production at this time, we will not offer any rush orders until further notice.
